Upper-level low pressure is currently over Southeast Texas and SW Louisiana. A few sprinkles and lows in the middle to upper 50s are forecast tonight.
Monday, the upper-level low will move out during the day. A few morning sprinkles are possible with cloudy skies. During the afternoon, mostly sunny skies are expected with highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s.
Windy, dry, warming weather is forecast Tuesday and Wednesday with abundant sunshine and highs in the middle to upper 80s.
Hot, humid, dry weather is forecast Thursday through next weekend. Lows will warm into the lower and middle 70s with highs near 90 each afternoon. No rain is expected at this point.

Once the upper-level low moves out, it'll be replaced by a weak ridge. This means dry weather with warming afternoon high temperatures.

Chilly low temperatures in the middle to upper 50s are forecast Monday with patchy fog. However, skies will become mostly sunny during the afternoon with highs in the upper 70s to around 80.
