Bean, Miller and Spivey WIN Newton City Council seats

Close to 400 citizens turned out to vote in the City of Newton for new and potentially returning City Council seats.

Political Newcomer and local businessman Dusty Spivey garnered the most votes with 110, securing a seat at the table along with incumbents Joni Miller and James Bean returning as well.
