It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Keith Edward Guillory, who went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the age of 69.
Born on May 17, 1956, in Kountze, TX. Keith lived a life defined by deep faith, strong family values, and an unwavering work ethic. He was a devoted husband, a proud father, a loving grandfather and great-grandfather, a loyal brother, and a true friend to many. Keith's warmth, humor, and generosity touched the lives of all who knew him.
Keith is survived by his beloved wife, Ginger Guillory, whose love and partnership were a cornerstone of his life. Together they built a beautiful family that brought them endless joy and pride. He leaves behind six cherished children and their spouses: Jason Guillory and wife, Mary, of Stonewall, LA, Kevin Guillory and wife, Debra, of Clinton, LA, Donetta Johnson and husband, Brett, of Albany, LA, Mandy Klein and husband, Edward, of Independence, LA, Cody Cunningham and wife, Shawntel, of Daisetta, TX, Ginny Harper and husband, Thomas, of Quitman, TX. Keith was also blessed with ten treasured grandchildren and one great-grandchild: Mason and Mikayla Guillory, Landon and Lauren Guillory, Layton and Kallie Johnson, Cayden and Ella Cunningham, Sophia and Elissa Harper, Kasey Guillory. He is also survived by his loving sisters: Kim Guillory of Buna, TX Kathy Brewster and husband, Kevin, of Buna, TX.
Keith was a beloved uncle to a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, each of whom held a special place in his heart.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles “Buddy” Guillory, and his mother, Betty Lee Griffis Guillory, who no doubt welcomed him with open arms into eternal rest.
A service celebrating Keith’s life will be held at First Baptist Church, Buna, TX, August 2nd, 2025, at 11:00am. Family visitation will be held from 9:00am-10:00am and a community wide visitation will follow from 10:00am-11:00am. The service will be officiated by Paul Boughan. Serving as pallbearers are Cody Cunningham, Mason Guillory, Kolton Brewster, Kollin Brewster, Michael Hicks, Justin Clark, Kyle Clark, and Kolton Clark.
Keith’s legacy is one of love, faith, and family. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
Isaiah 40:31 - "But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Buna Mission Fund.
