Thomas Norvell Davis, age 63, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at St. Luke’s Hospital in The Woodlands, TX. He was born July 24,1960. He was a graduate of Newton High School.
Tom loved working for the Newton County Courthouse and was respected for his service and professionalism. Tom enjoyed spending time with friends and family, working on his iPad, and loving his dogs. He was able to find anything and fix things in an often unconventional jerry-rigged manner.
Tom is proceeded in death by his parents A.W. and Golda Davis; brother John Davis; sister Kay Haiduk; and brother-in-law Geoff Haiduk. Tom is survived by his sister, Tammy; his brother, Karl; his sister-in-law Kirsten; and many adored nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 3-5 pm at Grace Bible Church, 148 Walthall Road, Newton. All are welcome to join us to celebrate Tom’s legacy of kindness and commitment to Newton, TX.
