There remains a non-zero probability of wintry precipitation across parts of SETX and CenLA from Wednesday night into Thursday morning. This is associated with near-freezing temperatures and increasing precipitation amounts driven by the development of a coastal low near the Texas coast. This system is also expected to bring a Marginal Risk (Level 1 of 4) for excessive rainfall to coastal areas of SETX and SWLA
