NEWTON, Texas — Newton Independent School District has announced an employment opportunity for a High School Counselor at Newton High School.

Newton ISD offers competitive pay and benefits, including:
Beginning teacher salary of $50,000
$437 monthly contribution toward medical insurance
Up to $30,000 in life insurance paid by the district
Teacher Incentive Allotment positions available
