Every year on the weekend before Thanksgiving, the Lakes Area Cruisers Car Club has a car show in Jasper at Super 8 on US 96 N. Seventy-five to one hundred cars of all makes and ages are displayed and the entrance fee for car admirers is zero. It is a great show and lots of fun. Money received from the drivers is distributed to charities in the area.
On Wednesday, February 28, 2024, the Cruisers came to Newton Food Share to present a check to us for $5,000! Thank you Lakes Area Cruisers!
